How to Lighten Dark Knees and Elbows


Dark Knees and Elbows are a very common problem.  Especially in the South Asian Country, most of us are facing this issue.  There are many home remedies to get rid of Dark Pigmented Knees and Elbows. So here are Some Solutions on How to get rid of Dark Knees at Home:-

Orange Peel Powder and Rosewater:-
Orange Peels have Skin lightening properties and also exfoliates the skin.  So don’t throw them into Bin. Dry some Orange Peels and grind them to make a fine powder. Now mix the powder with rose water and milk to get a thick paste. Now apply the paste to the affected areas. Scrub well and leave it for 10-15 Minutes. Rinse it off with cold water.

Oatmeal and Yogurt:-
Both Yogurt and oatmeal has a soothing property that can add moisture to your Dry Skin.  Combine these two ingredients in equal quantity and mix well. Now apply this paste to your elbows. Let it sit for 20 minutes and wash it off. This is one of the best solutions for How to get rid of Dark Knees.

Milk:-
Milk is rich in vitamins and fatty acids and also a great skin whitening agent. It moisturizes the skin as well as provides a soft and smooth texture. Mix some milk and a scoop of yogurt to get a rich creamy paste. Apply this paste onto your Dark knee or elbows. Allow it to dry and then wash off with lukewarm water.
